Returns:
At JellyJitsu, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and return instructions. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items, personalized products, or items damaged through normal wear and tear.
