Is this the same as a pre-workout powder?
NRGStripz is a caffeine-containing oral strip. It dissolves on your tongue without a shaker or a drink to finish. The bottle is for your water; the strip does not go into it.
When will I feel the caffeine?
Dissolving the film is the first step; absorption and how you feel happen afterward. Timing varies from person to person. Follow the directions on your tin.
Can I use it before an evening class?
Each strip contains 50 mg caffeine. Caffeine can affect sleep, so consider when you plan to go to bed and your other caffeine intake. If you are sensitive to caffeine, this may not be the right pre-class option.

Place a strip on your tongue and allow it to dissolve. Follow the usage directions on your product label. Serving size: one oral strip (290 mg). 30 servings per tin.
