At JellyJitsu, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. That's why we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders $50+ within the continental United States. Here's how it works:

1. Place your order: Shop on JellyJitsu.com and add products to your cart. Make sure your order total is $50 or more after discounts and before taxes.

2. Checkout: During the checkout process, select "Standard Shipping". The shipping cost will be automatically waived if your order total is $50 or more.

3. Receive your products: Your order will be processed and shipped out to you within our standard shipping timelines.

Please note:

- The Free Shipping offer only applies to orders that total $50+ after discounts and before taxes.
- The offer is only valid for orders shipped within the continental United States.
- The offer does not apply to express or overnight shipping methods.
- The offer is not valid on international orders.

Refund policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. Our strip satisfaction guarantees, BASE / 01 30-Day Money-Back Promise and bottle defect cover are explained below. For help, email hello@jellyjitsu.com with your order number.

NRGStripz and Unroll: 30-day satisfaction guarantee

Try at least 15 strips, following the label directions. If you're not happy or don't feel they're worth what you paid, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your first standalone tin.

Opened tins qualify. No return needed.
Coverage applies to your first standalone NRGStripz tin and your first standalone Unroll tin, including the Halloween edition. One refund per customer for each product; standard and Halloween Unroll are the same product for this guarantee.
The refund is the tin price you actually paid. Original shipping is excluded.
This tin guarantee applies to standalone tins, rather than tins included in bottle kits or bundles.

Email us your order number and let us know which tin you'd like refunded.

BASE / 01: 30-Day Money-Back Promise

Try BASE / 01 in your routine. If you're not happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price you paid for your first tub. Even if you've opened it.

Email hello@jellyjitsu.com with your order number to start your request. The guarantee covers one first tub per customer.

Ceramic Training Bottle: one-year manufacturing defect cover

A faulty bottle? We'll replace it. Contact us within one year of delivery with your order number and photos of the fault.

Replacement and shipping are covered.
This cover applies to bottles bought on their own or in a kit.
It covers manufacturing defects, rather than drops, misuse or normal wear.
If a replacement is not available, we'll refund the bottle price you paid.

If we need the faulty bottle returned, we'll provide a prepaid label and instructions.

How the guarantees work with other returns

The guarantees above take priority over the unused-item and non-returnable-item rules below. A sale price does not remove the stated guarantee for an otherwise covered item. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid, after discounts.

For other eligible items, you have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags where applicable, and in their original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email hello@jellyjitsu.com. If accepted, we'll send a return shipping label and instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back. Our return address is 12819 SE 38th St Suite #74, Bellevue, WA 98006.

Outside the guarantees above, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Exchanges

For an exchange, request a return first. Once it is accepted, you can place a separate order for the item you want. Bottle defect replacements are handled under the one-year cover above.

Refund timing

We'll email you when your refund is approved. For a return, we'll first receive and inspect the item. The strip satisfaction guarantees do not require a return.

Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email hello@jellyjitsu.com.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law. Contact us for instructions.

These guarantees and return terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
